3. How does the steam work?
Fill the 20ml built-in container with water or leave-in serum. When brushing, a gentle steam mist is released to clean and soften the fur while reducing shedding.

4. Is it rechargeable?
Yes. It has a 120mAh rechargeable battery with USB charging included. No disposable batteries needed.

5. How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, the brush lasts up to 1 hour of continuous use, depending on steam usage. Charging takes about 2 hours.

6. What pets can use it?
It’s designed for cats and dogs, both short-haired and long-haired breeds. Not suitable for very large animals like horses.

7. What surfaces or situations is it best for?
